Where do we deliver?
Our service area will begin with the inner east side and west side of Portland, bounded by SE 80th Avenue, SE Flavel, North and NE Ainsworth, NW Naito, NW 28th Avenue, SW Vista, SW Taylor’s Ferry and including the South Waterfront and Sellwood. Twice a week (Tuesdays and Saturdays) we will deliver to North Portland.

How does it work?
Our order volume has declined, for most products we deliver within 2 business days. We’ll let you know the approximate time the delivery cyclist will be in your neighborhood; upon delivery, we’ll text when the package is on your doorstep. For apartment buildings, we will text on arrival, and leave your package when you arrive at the front door. (We must operate on the assumption you are at home if you’re ordering from an apartment building, so we don’t spend our delivery cyclist’s time negotiating with access points.)

What are delivery protocols?
We pick up coffee directly from the roasters, and from here on out handle everything with gloves; packing the orders, and delivering them. We’re disinfecting bike handlebars before we head out each day. Let us know if you have more questions!

Each category of item we deliver multiplies our logistics! However, we want to fill the needs as they come up. Please just ask if there is something you’d like us to offer and we will do our best. At this time, we’re not delivering doughnuts, though it’s a likelihood we’ll figure that out soon.
